  • Day 2: Chicago

    Learn about food security and availability in Chicago during an introduction to Service Learning

    Visit an urban farm to see the start of the food process

    (Tasks could include anything from planting seeds to harvesting)

    Enjoy city views from 360 Chicago's observation deck

  • Day 3: Chicago

    Spend time at a local food depository

    (Tasks could include sorting and packaging food for delivery)

    Take a guided tour of Wrigley Field

    Enjoy an evening activity

  • Day 4: Chicago

    Work with a local organization focused on providing supplies to struggling families

    (Tasks could include sorting donations, creating kits for kids, and packaging toys)

    Visit the Field Museum of Natural History

    • Get a curator's take on how the museum works
    • Tour the garden
